第一百一十二条 在本法第一百零九条规定的旅客及其行李的运输期间，因承运人或者承运人的受雇人、代理人在受雇或者受委托的范围内的过错引起事故，造成旅客人身伤亡或者行李灭失、损坏的，承运人应当承担赔偿责任。

Columnar or ortholinear keyboards stack the keys in orderly columns, often with rows that are not linear. Proponents claim this makes the keys easier to reach. Whether that’s true will be up to your fingers to decide, but I can say for certain that if you learned to type on a staggered keyboard, switching to a columnar layout is tough.
